ClaQuiz! Quizzer operates with a **ZERO DATA COLLECTION POLICY**. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data (PII) or usage data whatsoever. All quiz progress and scores are stored **locally on your device only** and are inaccessible to us.

1. Data Collection and Usage

No Personal Data: We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, email addresses, or device IDs.
No Usage Data: We do not use third-party analytics services to track application activity, usage patterns, or in-app behavior.
Local Data Handling: Scores, quiz progress, and level information are saved exclusively within the local storage of your device. Uninstalling the app will delete this data.

2. Children's Privacy

Given our zero-data collection policy, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since we collect no personal data, users of any age are protected.

The App, its content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of **EverythingClacha**. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Nigeria and foreign countries.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.
You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the software.
